Randolph Holder Bamfield passed away peacefully in the early hours in the morning at Carewell Hospital on January 4, 2024. Randolph (75) was born at 100 Bel-Air street in Albouystown Georgetown, Guyana to Olga Holder and Fitherbert Bamfield. Randolph spent his formative years studying and working in Guyana. He attended Saint Sidwell Anglican Church and played football for Saint Barnabas club. Randolph continued to play football and became a captain for the team. He worked several years at General Post Office, Sanata Textiles Mill and at Guyana Telephone & Telegraph in Georgetown, Guyana.

In August of 1989, Randolph migrated to The United States where he lived for 34 years. Randolph lived in New Jersey for most of his years in The United States to be close to his sister Ausleene Gittens. Randolph worked as a security guard for Toys R Us, Macys, Bell’s and Urban League Essex County.

Through his life he always found time to pursue his formative hobbies such as dancing, playing football and traveling to different countries to play in competition, but above all that you could never stop Randolph from partying and he was a damn fine dresser. You could never find a wrinkle in his shirt or pants. Randolph always took pride in himself and carried himself well.
